For studios: pay per course you deliver.
Client workspaces, brand kits and drafting are free. You pay when a course is ready to deliver.

Pricing questions
Do we pay when we join the waitlist?
No. Your early-access price applies when your onboarding wave opens.
What counts as a learner?
Anyone enrolled in at least one course in a month, counted at the busiest point in that month. Authors and admins are never counted, and there's no limit on them.
What counts as an AI course?
One full course Skill7's AI assistant drafts from your documents: the plan, lessons, quizzes and diagrams. Editing by hand, regenerating a single lesson and exporting don't count. Unused courses roll over for one month, and extra courses are £10 each.
What if we go over our learner limit?
Nothing stops working. We'll let you know by email, and you can move to the next plan from your next bill.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans have no minimum term, you can cancel anytime, and your courses stay exportable.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are in pounds and exclude VAT.
What happens after early access?
Early-access prices are 50% off for your first 12 months. After that you move to the list price, and we'll remind you 30 days before. Your list price is locked for 24 months from when you sign up.
Is there a refund?
Yes. If Skill7 isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund your first month.
How does pricing work for studios?
Studios pay £99 per course exported, with 12 months of updates and re-exports included. Client workspaces, brand kits and drafting are free, with up to 5 AI-drafted courses in progress at a time. If a client's learners study in Skill7, that client takes a team plan.
